By using Autotask you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree stop using our website immediately. These terms apply to all users of Autotask.

1. Who We Are

Autotask is an AI automation agency. We build custom AI systems for businesses. Our services include AI chatbots, voice AI, workflow automation, and data reporting. Our website is autotask.com.

2. Our Services

Autotask provides the following services:

• AI chatbot development and deployment

• Voice AI systems for calls and bookings

• Workflow automation and tool integrations

• Data reporting and live dashboards

• Ongoing support and maintenance

All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed before work begins.

3. Payments & Billing

• All prices are listed in USD

• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle

• We accept payment via Stripe

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on completed work. If you are unhappy with our service contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All work produced by Autotask remains our property until full payment is received. Once payment is complete all deliverables transfer to the client. Our internal tools, frameworks, and processes remain the property of Autotask at all times.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential. We will never share your business data with third parties. You agree not to share our proprietary systems or processes with competitors.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information

• Respond to our team within 48 hours during the build

• Not use our AI systems for illegal or harmful purposes

• Not reverse engineer or resell our systems

• Keep your login credentials secure at all times

8. Limitation of Liability

Autotask is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 30 days. We are not responsible for third party service outages or failures.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime on all systems we build. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third party tools or integrations.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Autotask reserves the right to terminate immediately if these terms are violated. All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Autotask after changes means you accept the updated terms.
